General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Prince of Orange website and our services, including table bookings, events, and dining. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Prince of Orange reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. All guests must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request identification.

Bookings

Table reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you agree to arrive at the reserved time. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booking time; after this period, we reserve the right to release the table.

Please ensure your party size is accurate when booking. If your party size changes, let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you appropriately.

Deposits

Deposits may be required for larger bookings and are non-refundable. The deposit structure is as follows:

• 1 – 7 guests: No deposit required
• 8 – 14 guests: £5 per person, payable at the time of booking
• 15+ guests: £10 per person, payable at the time of booking

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit. Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. By paying a deposit, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

For special events (e.g. Christmas, Easter, private hire), different deposit terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or email. This allows us to offer the table to other guests.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings requiring a deposit regardless of party size.

Liability

Prince of Orange takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. However, we accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto our premises unless caused by our negligence.

While we take every care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including common allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform your server before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
